P90X2 Balance + Power
I bought this set as soon as possible when it came out. I wanted more P90X (huge fan). I did one workout and never touched another again. Didn't like it and refused to glimpse at P90X3. Today I did B + P and it was good! Lots of Stability ball work (I picked it for this reason), unique-to-me moves, and they were controlled. The con: Tony tells you to write down your reps/weight after nearly every move. oy. too much talking in between moves. Wendy I checked out your Traci Long WO.
