My favorite walking routines on the bungee are Dance Faith Fitness and WalkingOnline Workouts on youtube or the actual subscription for WalkingOnlineWorkouts.com which offers a free trial.

I did these exclusively for 2 months and loved each one.

Those look good Barb. I finally figured out how to use the "smart" part of my smart t.v. and did a workout from you tube a day ago. I'll add these to my list.

I like that workout from the U.K.

Great music. It will be good when I can’t get outside and ride my bike

I can use it for my exercise bike

So I tried another virtual running workout this morning on Youtube. My only disappoint was all the ads throughout the routine. It broke the mood, etc. Trying to decide if I can live with ads.
I think my DH is going to start using it as well. He has watched me do some of my workouts and is seeing all the options with it.

The last few days I've been experimenting with workouts and the rebounder. I'm having fun discovering what works for me. I'm going to try a few Firms.

I have enough space to have my rebounder set up full time and still have room to do other methods of exercise. So, I thought it would be interesting to try say CC1 or CC2. When I get to segments that have plyos, high impact, ... I'll get on the rebounder and do as much of the movements as I can from there. Normally I would march in place or wide march. It would be great to do plyos again without the pain.

Anyone else try using it with mixed weight routines?

ETA: I'm saving my GC for something else. There are so many virtual walking, treadmill, biking workouts on Youtube for free, that it's kind of silly to purchase any. (IMO).

When you get on your rebounder from other workouts are you wearing shoes? I like my rebounder without shoes but when doing other workouts I wear shoes so not sure if I could go back and forth.

I usually just do my own thing while watching TV.

What an excellent idea! And I own this one too. I usually do this workout with my jump rope. Thanks!
