I had an Urban Rebounder for several years, but didn't use it a lot. I bought a Bellicon in 2016, and I love it! Have been using it several times a week since then. I also bought a smaller JumpSport for another location. I love, love Rebounding!

Funny how fitness trends come and go but the effective ones stay.

I have been following Barb's rebounding threads and tips for more years than I want to admit.

I have been rebounding for years. I had to stop briefly due to my sciatica but i have added it back and love it. I recently used it with a Leslie Sansone DVD to add variety.

Being a vintage VF'r, I have looked at my collection and realize there really isn't much new coming out; just updating and repackaging.

It would be nice if Cathe would come out with a rebounding series. Cathe - are you reading?

Unbeknownst to rebounding being a big trend (LOL), I recently upgraded my old UR for a bungee one (this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1) partly because it comes with a sturdy handle and was very easy to assemble. I love it! I've been using it 1-2 times a week for the past month I've had it. Particularly with Fitprime G-Force with Tracie which has great fun cardio. I also intend to revisit the URX workouts, with the hopes that some of the moves can be made safer or modified using the handle, which my old UR didn't have. I'm more cautious than I used to be on the rebounder having rolled my ankle a few years back, so I really appreciate the nice handle.

Does this mean I have to dig mine out from behind the wardrobe closet downstairs, screw the legs back on and start using it again?

And I remember how devastated when the trampoline park closed when I as a little kid. . Now we have one about a mile from our house.

If I ordered a 6th bungee to try this one, I would need a new home (and maybe a new husband).
That being said, my large hexagon is my favorite.

LOL!!!

I am really enjoying the hexagon frame more than the circular frame. It really feels like more space!

I had an Urban Rebounder and recently gave it to my grandson. I have looked at getting a better quality one but need to see if this is something I can do.

The authoritarian Cathe regime will call it fake news! Haha.

This is meant in jest and is a riff from the split fit review thread, no offense intended to anyone

I’m a happy Jumpsport owner and addict. My dream is to upgrade to a bellicon.
