Perfect time for this thread since I ordered an urban rebounder from QVC and it came yesterday. It came with a bunch of the old urban rebounder workouts so I have enough to keep me busy but I am always looking for more. I looked at one of Amy's workouts and it looked really fun.

In the first routine, Amy was on a JumpSport with 3 cords dangling and took a chance of injuring herself.
(None of my JumpSport cords ever broke.)
The other noisy rebounder is a UR.

I did like the first routine and will edit the two parts to become one.

Not into rebounding, but happy she will do other types of workouts. Is there a subscription fee or is it free? I definitely would love her step and strength workouts.

We have a big outdoor trampoline that I go jump on occasionally. I've never taken anything out there for me to watch a workout with, but I just put on some tunes and move. It's fun -- try it!

There is an older Urban Rebounding workout with Amy on YouTube. It is 52 minutes long.

URX MT D13 Amy Bento Boot Camp Metabolic Interval

It's a bit over-the-top for me.

I casually mentioned to Big Bubble that I may want a rebounder in the future. I went to a kid party with Tiny Bubble at one of those trampoline places. It was the first time I participated. I was sooooo winded, sweaty, and happy! Of course, Tiny Bubble was thrilled too Big Bubble is convinced that springs last longer than bungees. Is this true?

And Amy looks like she is going to fall off that rebounder or break an ankle! I love her, but she should have fastened those bungees. I'm sure she had a reason she didn't, but I couldn't watch the whole thing because of that.

Spring vs Bungee

I have been bouncing for over 15 years and have tried many spring and bungee models.
Since getting my first small JumpSport bungee, I have never used my ReboundAIR or UR again.
I do use all 5 of my *no spring* models because they are different sizes and in different rooms and I love them all.
