Me too! I previewed them, and they look good, and fun. They're always harder when doing them, so I won't judge intensity yet.
I'm going to start Monday, after finishing up another week of every-other-day hour of Essentrics.

Haha, I know. Too much fitness lingo. I take it to mean more conditioning for fat loss, so I guess, yes, you might see more definition then. In my mind, shredding kind of equals shedding (fat).
Lauren has said this is "fat burning and metabolic conditioning", and has contrasted it a few times with more strength-focused programs in passing. For example, how she loves pure strength, but conditioning is awesome, too; how after the six weeks you can either repeat w/ a heavier bell or move on to a strength program, etc. From what I understand, students were asking for a program to shed additional fat to see definition after building muscle with her strength program, BeSLAM. (Not that this won't also build or maintain some muscle. But the pace is faster and more suited to bells that maybe aren't the heaviest you can manage.)
