I have my sights on JM Body Revolution but I really dislike resistance bands! I have this irrational fear of them hitting me in the face LOL.
Is there a lot of resistance work across the system? I know I can ignore it but I don't want to lose out on intensity - can I substitute dumbbells easily enough, or would they be awkward to use if she's creative?
Her band (cord) is longer, is it because there is overhead work? I have some tubing I'm used to more and I could use instead, but it's shorter. Would I need to use hers (if at all)? What strength are her bands, is it one per system?
