Turbo Jam Total Body Blast

I got my new Stability ball inflated today so I gave this a whirl. Chalean is so encouraging in this one. Needed it. The ball felt like 50lbs towards the end.

The Firm- 500 Calorie Workout. Those side lunges into pushups has me gasping for air every time!

SherBear- I hear you with the stability ball feeling like it is 50 pounds by the end of the workout on Total Body Blast!

Wendy, I was questioning the weight of it during the workout.
Ah the things you think of during a WO:
"This thing is really heavy, my arms are on fire
I wonder what it weighs...I should weigh myself with it, but I don't want to mess up my Fitbit scale (the original Aria scale that is on its last last last leg).
It may think I gained 8 lbs. Last thing I need"

Ball is probably 1-2 lbs maybe.
I dribbled with it when my biceps had enough.
