20-minute kettlebell workout (paper) Self mag
Self magazine just published a 20-minute total-body kettlebell workout on their website. It was put together by Lacee Lazoff, a NYC trainer.
It uses one kettlebell. You go multiple times through a circuit of three exercises before moving onto the next, there are 4 diff circuits. It looks TOUGH! All of the moves are demonstrated in short videos on the website. I might bookmark this one for the next time I'm traveling.
