Michelle's workout, Fat to Firm Fast, FLIES by. I am always surprised when it's over. It's a real keeper for me, but just so you know it *is* overall easier than her YBB circuit.
I Walk Your Way Slim too, and I find her pilates video from the same series, Flatten Your Belly with Pilates, to be excellent as well. The 3 work very well in a rotation.

Back to the workout reviewed by the OP, I found it on TotalFitness & watched the clip - it looks pretty thorough. The modifications could make it fairly advanced IMO. I'd rather do a workout where I can modify up than where I have to modify down, which often makes me feel less than. I like that the instructor has a degree in Sports Medicine.

Sara - I thought she did well, especially for a first-time video instructor.
I forgot to put in my review that there is a separate segment on body alignment. She and Lisa talk about how to sit and align the body during everyday activities like sitting and reading a book, driving a car, etc.
