I haven't tried this yet but it looks good on preview (and I'm pretty selective about what I'll put on my YouTube playlists... this made the cut): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAlDg...ysp_l&index=10

Let me know what you think if you try it! I hope to squeeze it in one of these days when I feel like a 30-minute wrist-free practice

I just got the Wai Lana easy series dvd pack. I haven't tried them yet but they look promising and from the little booklets, none of the dvds are weight bearing so yay for my wrists! Aside from the easy series, which other Wai Lana dvds have no downward dogs? TIA.

I already have that video on my watch later list, thanks.

The thread is not old. It's 3 months young and I'm still seeking the same information so why start a new one this soon? Anyways, if someone knows about other Wai Lana (or similar) dvds without down dog/ easy on the wrists, please let me know. Thanks.
