Want to do total body strength today. Which Cathe should I do?

Muscle Max
Total Body Tri Sets
High Reps

I don't have a barbell. I am fairly strong. what general weights should I use. I never do Cathe.

Or maybe I'll do cardio.

HI! You don't need a barbell even if they are using one. I've been moving away from using mine, so don't worry about that.

If you're wanting to go heavier, go with Muscle Max!

Total Body Tri Sets; you definitely don't need a barbell.
