I've said this in other threads but I'll repost here what my current regime is.
Prior to this, I was doing mostly just Firm and some random yoga and pilates. Firm was totally without thoughtful rotation, just whatever was handy on that particular day, both old and newer titles. I was also doing some stuff from ETV without much regard for what it was, just so I was moving every day.
Then I tried 30-Day Shred based on various recommendations, as well as NMTZ and the metabolism one. At first, I thought she was scary, but then I heard so many raves I had to test out a true cycle of 30DS and get up to level 3.
Before that, I had been on a weight/fitness plateau. When I began doing my 30DS rotation, I dropped 4 lbs. NOTHING ELSE CHANGED. I am not on a d***, but I eat I'd say 90% super healthy, or at least as close to that as I can manage.
I'm on a 60-day plan with 30DS, doing 10 iterations of each level before moving on to the next. I do 30DS every other day, and on the day off I rotate between a three-mile Leslie Sansone w/o, a random w/o from my collection, and a kind of "surprise" w/o from whatever's next on my Netflix queue. This way, I still feel like I'm getting a lot of variety, I can still feed my need to be "random," but I'm also doing one specific method with great regularity. Oh, and after every 30DS w/o, I do between 15 and 60 minutes of either yoga or pilates, because the one area I think Jillian scrimps on is stretching.
I'll be moving on to level 2 next Wednesday. I'm excited.
