How does Physique 57 compare with Pure Barre

I am trying to decide where to spend my fitness money. Is PB Pershing Square much different from the original, other than having people workout with her and better lighting? How is it different from Physique 57?

Thanks in advance!

Lori - Someone asked a question about P57 vs PB on this thread and I posted a mini-review of the Pershing Square workouts on page 3: http://forum.videofitness.com/showth...light=pershing

If I could have just one series I would definitely go for P57. The new Pure Barre are good but not that different from other workouts out there.

I completely agree. I have both and think that P57 DVD's are the best!

Thanks for the input! I will get the Physique 57 set. Dothe Core Fusions use a barre at all? Amazon has them for less than $9 right now, so I was going to get those.

Lori
Body Sculpt and Thighs & Glutes use a barre (or chair -- they're shown with a very heavy chair rather than a barre). Pilates Plus does not.

I like the new Pure Barre workouts, but I did not find them as challenging as Physique 57. Maybe it's just the way that the workout is sequenced?
