Oh my god. I am shocked and so saddened to hear this. I have all of her workouts and just love her choreography and personality. I just can't believe someone so vibrant and young could just suddenly be gone. Life is so harsh sometimes. I'm so,so sad for her family. How crushing.

I am absolutely devastated.
Amy Bento Ross on FB said she committed suicide. This is a terrible, terrible tragedy.

The family asked for privacy and I think it's unfortunate that Amy disclosed that information before they did. I hope it doesn't lead to a lot of gossip and speculation. If the family chooses to release the details, they'll do so in their own time. So much sadness already.

I have been thinking about this all night since reading this thread. It does seem that she committed suicide. How doubly devastating for her family and friends.
I have a step workout of hers that I never mastered. I'm going to commit myself to it for the next week or so on cardio days. |

I was devastated when I heard this morning. I've been doing her workouts for years. Her poor boys. May she RIP.
