I am a lot more active when I wear a Fitbit because I want to meet my goal, and it forces me to get up and move.

If anybody has any ideas how to show me my heart rate graphed, that would be helpful.
It should be on the chart where it shows your steps, calorie burn, etc per interval of time (I think 15 minutes?), Heart rate is one, but it might only report it when you have the activity tracker running.

How accurate is the heart rate monitor on the Charge HR?
Those who CAN exercise well into their elder years often say "I just never stopped doing it, every day." To be able to say that, one needs to START doing it, EVERY DAY!

I got the fitbit flex and am wondering how accurate are the steps and calorie count? Is there a way to adjust the step count or is it accurate?
