Sorry for the lateness on this. I got the dvd last week, but was unable to view it until yesterday. I like the looks of it! it has two 20 minute routines. They look like they include quite a bit of moves that increase mobility. (gentle upper body movements). There is also some gentle stretching. I think there is a segment of tips too (didn't view that yet). I'll do my best to try it in the next few days! my neck/upper back is better, but this is something i should do on a consistent basis.

The head/neck/shoulder dvd price has dropped by $10 on Amazon. Is there any more input on this dvd? Thank you! sherry

I have Cain's Neck & Shoulder DVD. I haven't done it in a while. The moves are very slow and gentle. Good if you are hurting.

I had ordered all 3 of Carroll's DVD's at the same time and the shoulders one was the only DVD-r of the three. Very weird!
