I guess it depends on how you define Pilates. Ellen Barrett has a few workouts that use weights. I don't recall which ones at the moment.

I'll try not to include too many repeats here, but here are a few more:

Pilates
Alycea Ungaro's 15 Minute Everyday Pilates (DVD included in book)
Jodi Brennan's P3 Pilates Plus Power
Katherine & Kimberly Corp's Pilates on the Go
Lara Hudson's 10 Minute Solution Pilates & 10 Minute Solution Rapid Results Pilates

Yoga
Linda Freeman's YES Training

Some of these are rather off the beaten path and may not have superb production qualities, namely the Corp sisters', P3, and YES Training.

.
I have these, but guess I've never tried the whole things, because I didn't realize they used weights

Terri, those only use weights for one, maybe two, segments. For example, on the 10MS only the arms segments use weights. I can't remember off the top of my head which segment uses weights on the Alycea, but it's probably the one focusing on arms, too.

Hi...thanks. Where can I find these (except for the 10 min solution)?

Sherri Baptiste wrote a pretty good book called Yoga With Weights For Dummies.

For starters, you can find most on Amazon:
15 Minute Everyday Pilates (although I got my copy for about $10 at Costco)
P3 Pilates Plus Power (I seem to remember getting my copy for a lot cheaper at DD or something, although there's a cheap used copy on Amazon right now)
Pilates on the Go (weird, it seems to be OOP, but here's their store, and just for grins, here's a link to their video podcasts, which might have some workouts with weights in there, some of which you can access without having to pay to see if they're for you)
YES Training
But poke around other online stores to see if you can find them for cheaper.

ETA: Just as an FYI, I've written up VF reviews for all of these, so you may want to check those out before you drop money on any.
