These look very promising. I have never liked the loose bands for weight tension because I never felt I could accurately gage the tension. I was always afraid I would over stretch them...break...pop...hurt...been there....done that. These have set ends/attachments and are gauged to your height - I like that. Thanks Sharaz for testing these out.

Yesterday, used the bands again for Shoulder/Plyo. Still working with the lowest level until I get used to the bands constant tension on my lower body. Worked perfectly with jumps and mountain climbers.
