I use my 10 min solution Quick Sculpt Pilates ball-but you can use a FitBall mini-they have them on amazon.com or any cheap plastic-not rubber playground ball that you can let a little air out of to make it a little squishy.

Collage is now selling a small squishy ball. It was in their most recent catalog, right under this video, I think!

Pamela, there was some discussion of various balls on another thread, as there are several current workouts (e.g., Barre3, Xtend Barre) which use them. You can use a Fitball Mini or Fitball Overball, but I purchased this ball from Amazon, and it works very well:

Comes with its own pump, too!

Thank you for the links to the fitness ball. I am going to order the fitness ball from Amazon. I see that Collage lowered the price for Tracey's from $19.99 to $17.99, so I am going to order the dvd from them. Thanks again, Pam.

I bought the very inexpensive sticky ball from Theragear and I absolutely love it. It makes such a difference when you can actually hold the ball in all those positions. I was using a regular foam playground ball before and actually gave up using it for most of P57 because it never stayed in place.

Here it is on Amazon or direct from their website is even cheaper.

Canadians can order from their .ca website. I ordered from here and it came in 5 days, and shipping costs were reasonable.
