How advanced is Pilates Super Sculpt?

I've read many good reviews about PSS and I absolutely LOVE Booty Barre, but I was wondering how advanced it is? I think Collage has it rated intermediate, but some of the reviews say it's more advanced. I am looking for something advanced so I am curious. Thanks.

Ciddy,
The ball definitely makes the workout challenging, and I think you get out of it as much as you put in. That said, I don't think it's advanced. I can do it!!!

I agree with Ruth! the ball does definitely add some challage to the workout (but is super fun to use). I am an Intermediate exerciser at best and I can do this one. It's not super easy, it does provide a challage but it is very doable.
I say go for it!! If you enjoy Pilates, this one is a must have

I think Collage is correct. I didn't find it advanced. Yes, there is a teaser section that's somewhat challenging and I did like the use of the ball. I had high hopes for this one and based on the clip, I thought I would love it but it didn't have the challenge that I thought it would. I find Quick Sculpt Pilates and Core Fusion more challenging.

On a different thread, where PSS and 10MS Quick Sculpt Pilates were compared, the 10MS dvd was classified as more advanced. It definitely has a faster pace and looks more advanced. I haven't tried it...

Personally, I found the ball makes things a bit easier in a way; it helps me to focus on my form better. I would say that it is a solid intermediate Pilates workout.

Did you check the VF Reviews? There are several available, including my own:
