Is anyone still doing fluidity?

I saw the infomercial this morning and it still sounds great. I see they have streaming also. Just wondering, is anyone still doing it or have you moved on to Ballet Body, etc?

Sold mine. Didn’t think I couldn’t have ave anything. Now I’m older I see what will work and what won’t. It was good while I had it. I have since bought a ballet bar. It holds my clothes. In the basement.

On and off. I love my barre! I use it for all barre workouts. I've only tried a couple of the Fluidity DVDs. I wish they used dumbbells for upper body but they are decent workouts anyway.

I still do fluidity. I have quasi rotations of Barre/ weights / classical stretch/T-Tapp, and fluidity is one of the Barre workouts I do--Callanetics and Bar Method are my other favorites.

the fluidity workouts that came with the barre were somewhat basic to me, and I only recall doing them a few times. I had been doing callanetics, lotte berk, and the bar method for many years without any barre.

the fluidity workouts are decent and well-produced. the barre itself is a superb piece of equipment. I used all of my other workouts with the fluidity barre with a smile on my face.

I got the complete set - barre + DVDs and ball - from a craigslist seller, sealed in the box, for an awesome price.

I still have my Fluidity barre and never use it. I have the basic dvds too. I bought it on Craigslist...it was a floor model for an infomercial show and like new with the dvds. Awesome steal. I am not sure what I want to do with mine as I find it just as easy to use a chair and don't really love the dvds.

My fluidity Bar is used almost daily but not always for Fluidity.

Unlike most people I really love the Fluidity DVDs, especially the Beginner. It’s such a great add on. People say it’s too easy but if you drop a little deeper, throw in some linear alignment, really fight to stabilize the body while the leg moves it becomes more challenging.

I don’t do the Fluidity DVDs all the time but tend to pull them into my schedule from time to time.

Sold mine on Craig’s list years ago. I don’t even remember the workouts. I did buy another barre, though, and use it for other workouts.

I use the barre but not the workouts. Ugh, that horrible music on loop! Can't hack it.

Haven't done it in years and don't use the barre. Just sits there propped up against the wall in my workout room. Got it on craigslist really cheap that's why I'm still hanging on to it.
