I have the downloads from Jessica's digital shop that have strength workouts, but I'd like to acquire some of the others.
I also thought about checking off all the workouts after doing them! I'll try to make more workout notes as I go through them all.
I'm glad everyone is enjoying the compendium. I've been working on it for a few months. It started with the workouts I owned and then I decided to work it into comprehensive compendium.
I love her strength workouts. I do very few pure "walking" workouts--prefer to take my walks outside on the nature trail.
