I have a copy of Baron Baptiste's LIVE DVD that skips and freezes in many areas because I've played it so much. It is no longer available for purchase so if anyone has a copy laying around that they no longer use, I'd love to give it a good home.

This is so cute and thoughtful!! I just got a BOSU so I'm looking for those workouts that use it. I have Mindy Mylrea's Intensity Overload w/ toys. Anything else?

What a fun idea! Sorry I haven't had anything anyone has wanted yet but I'll keep checking here.
If anyone has the old CIA G-Force Super Step VHS with Rob Glick and Patrick Goudeau I'd love to take it off your hands. Mine broke years ago.

I can only do gentle workouts. My body has lots of pain issues. Gentle stretching workouts are nice.
