Today I used the rowing machine for 20 minutes. I thought rowing would make the shoulder pain worse but it actually feels great. My wrists are straight when I row so they aren't an issue. Then I did yoga from YouTube. No word yet on MRSA or surgery.

Walked slightly more than 2 miles, uphill. This was from the Ford shop after I took it in for service.

Diana, Baby Luna had successful heart surgery (which I posted a while ago, you may have missed it) and after a few days of recovery and observation, finally got to go home.
Thanks for the prayers for Jean and Craig. They contradance, which is how I know them. They also square dance, which I had forgotten until I read a prayer request for them on my church prayer requests email. (The requestor asked for prayers for "our friends," meaning her & her husband's, and I'm like how do they know them? and then remembered the square dancing.) So I'm sure I'll get updates that way. There is some crossover but usually contra and square are like the Jets and the Sharks. I went to a local square dance once and never again. It was an evening sponsored by the contradance community. First half of the evening, live band and contra. Very friendly, which is the contradance atmosphere; everyone mixed around with different partners. Second half, recorded music and squaredance. Wanna dance? NO, I have to dance with my regular partner. That's their exclusive culture and I don't pay an entrance fee to be rejected. My church friends who square dance often encourage me to go to the dances (in non-pandemic times) but admit that it's strictly couples. Oh but there occasionally is a singles dance and there are always plenty of women, you could dance with them. Not my idea of a fun evening. Back later.
