Question Best KCM boxing for beginners?

I'm an intermediate exerciser, but I've only done running for cardio for the last year or so. I'm out of practice with choreography, and I've never done much boxing-type stuff. I love KCM's Cardio Pump, but the pace of the cardio is just a wee bit fast for me to get the moves down, and she gives no form instructions at all.

So what's my best bet for getting up to speed with her boxing? She has so many of them, they're hard to tell apart; the only one I know for sure is Train Like a Contender. Any others?

Thanks!!

A friend of mine found Total Body Kickbox the best of Kelly's for learning kickboxing movements.

If you're looking for straight-up boxing (as opposed to kickboxing), TLC would be my recommendation. The choreography is simple but fun

She also has an all-boxing premix on Trim Down that is 30 or 31 minutes long that is great. To me it's a TLC 2 basically.

Her 30 MTF Stepboxing can be done on the floor (Lauren is the modifier - no step) and also has additional cardio and weight segments in the premixes. I really like the weights and boxing premix... 42 minutes and it is essentially a metabolic conditioning workout.
