I have the Intermediate. I did have all three DVDs, but honestly, I didn't think that the content was different enough to justify having all three (especially between the Intermediate & Sports Conditioning ones).

I agree with Sophie, the foam roller is definitely worth having, although you might already be aware that the foam roller massage segment is the same on all 3 DVDs. I use the massage as well as the stretch segments as add-ons.

I don't use the workouts themselves as much, although I think the Core is especially good. However, I've had back problems too, and I can't say that FF has helped; I'm not even sure how it would (other than that it shows good form).
