I came home with 6 of them.
Lol. That's hilarious!

Haha. Well, I brought home:
  • KCM Body Training
  • KCM Your Best Body
  • KCM Muscle Definition
  • Ruah Warrior
  • 2 Patricia Friberg workouts

There was also a stability ball workout that I left behind (also one I'd donated) but I no longer have a ball (also purged).

Visited a few Goodwills and bought some dvd's. There were quite a few in the store, and I came home with eight. The stores had a lot of Gaiam Pilates and Yoga dvd's, and some cardio Pink Firms. I found a lot of Leslies. They were $1.29 each, and four of them had half off stickers, so 65 cents.

I bought:

Denise Austin Blast Away the Pounds Indoor Walk
Leslie Sansone Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles
Leslie Sansone Walk 5 Really Big Miles
Leslie Sansone The Big Burn
Leslie Sansone Punch Up Your Walk
Leslie Sansone Walk Off 10 Pounds
The Firm Power Half Hour with Emily Welsh
Slim in 6 (2 dvd's)

I previewed them, and will keep a few. I'm posting some on Share the Wealth. I rarely keep the ones I buy from Goodwill, but I keep trying though!

Nice job Sherry!

I found a Winsor pilates ring which was pretty exciting!
The Danskin pilates circle I had was awful and I threw it away years ago so have been using figure 8 loops or my pilates ball.

Can't wait to try it out and use my pilates ring DVDs with a ring, lol!

Awesome! Always exciting to find equipment you can use.

I also bought an iron 3 pound dumbbell. I have a set of neoprene 3 pounds, but decided to snap up a metal one.

Yes, I couldn't leave the Leslie dvd's there! Especially since four of them were 65 cents. I was pretty sure someone at VF could use them. It's fun to search for that vidiot bargain, lol.

I had some time to kill today so I wandered into the Salvation Army store and found the Zumba Exhilarate 7 DVD set with shrinkwrap still on the shakers and DVD package. The Program Guide and advertisement flyers were still in the package as well. I got the set for $18.

I didn't know if it would be a good deal or not, but it looked like a nice kit. I got home and searched ebay and they are selling for a bit more than that plus shipping. I don't know if I'm going to give it a try or just sell it. I figured for $18 it might be worth giving it a shot. I have a different Zumba set that I never really clicked with, so I don't know if this is in my wheelhouse or not.
