Looks great, love the music! Also the moves look less "boot campy" on preview and a bit more of a traditional floor aerobics routine (I'm loving those nowadays and they are rare finds). I wish it were 30 mins instead of 26 mins of real active time... me and my goals/milestones for cardio (I can hear my family doctor saying "30 mins of cardio per day").

Agree 100%. I'm doing their workouts exclusively now. Love the two new Avid workouts they posted (Hypno Tech!). Daniel is such a hoot.
