Very True!

Keep in mind also, that this is a FUNCTIONAL workout, and FF is not about isolated repping of muscles. We think it strange when there is not a certain 'staple' move that we are used to, because we have 'grown up' on a diet of repping each muscle to death. With functional fitness it is about your muscles working together as a whole, your entire body in the way it is used day to day. We really don't do that much that requires us to curl our arm 50 billion times in real life,

Without a doubt! When you slow things down, you are working under full muscle tension, because you reduce the momentum. Slow work is killer, and this is functional slow work, wowza! If you don't find this workout to be challenging, I have a suspicion that you are doing it wrong.
