I like the look of Zumba strong but that us way to advanced for me right now. I've been bouncing away on my ball and hadn't thought that it could pop...lol. Ive got a real sturdy green one from one of the firm kits and it's been a good ball! I've done this workout now a couple of times and it's been fun to supplement with other things!

I did the first half on my Hopper ball which is supposed to have a 300lb limit.
However, I felt myself holding back so tried it on an armless swivel chair and liked it more. Barb S

I don't have amazon prime, and I couldn't find a Body Bounce DVD on amazon - but ebay has several & I bought one. I really like this workout. It's similar to a favorite of mine from years ago that never made it to DVD - Cardio Ball put out by the Red Mountain spa.
My Body Bounce DVD has a UPC #888295326971. That # is in the swapadvd system although they have none in stock. But I won't be swapping this.
