`I agree fuzzie…you'd expect something more innovative, like the twists etc. rather than the old-fashioned crunches!

I've started doing the CS sit-ups using a Pilates ball behind my lower back to modify, I like it better than traditional and flows better with the CS style.

I got mine today too.

I did the upper body/posture workout (loved it), and previewed the others. It looks terrific! Sahra just gets better and better.
