Cathe's Cardio leg blast is one my all time favorites and even though the main program is an hour the premixes are good and you get two 30 min workouts out of it
For something very different I've lately been doing and really enjoying Linda Wooldridge's Barlates workouts. Endurance 90 lower and Bodyweight Basics lower are both on youtube. The are no equipment but very challenging lower body workouts. They really keep my heart rate up while working the lower body. I really love the Tone it ones too but they are not on youtube, but are downloads. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61Sm6MfUVxA&t=1528s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4MMqbFORKc&t=530s Jane |

Yes, it does. I will keep this one on my radar.
To answer the OP, I have never liked working my lower half, though it needs some serious help right now. I do like Cathe's Legs and Glutes, I don't do the whole thing but like the standing portion, though I skip through some of the high impact moves. Her Chiseled Lower Body from ICE is good too. Some feel L & G is too easy, but that is why I like it. Her other workouts are excellent but have too much of a dread factor for me. Then there is Margaret Richard, really like her floor work which is effective, but doesn't really create a dread factor. I only have Sculpture, Perfect 10, Getting Better and the Classics but any of the floor work from her DVDs is very good. |
