I've been a lurker for years now, mostly to come and see what the new releases were. I was an aerobics instructor for many years and specialized in advanced step. Became a personal trainer at the gym I worked at and loved that too. Had to go back to work after my husband died suddenly. I just didn't make enough money in the fitness world. I'm Ok, but just taking one day/month at a time. I gave up my aerobics classes so I could spend more time with my children. I miss going to the gym but everyone there seemed to feel sorry for me and got to a point where I didn't want to see the looks of pity anymore. So for now exercising at home is the best for me.

I finally delurked. This site has gotten me so motivated to return to working out at home. I've been doing Denise Austin for so long & was frustrated with her cueing, attitude, etc. I didn't want to waste money on videos I didn't like. Then, I found this site & WOW!!! I'm turning into a vidiot pretty quickly. I love reading everyone's recommendations.
