Hi, ladies. I've been fighting a uti, and finally got meds for it on Thursday. I hope I'm less exhausted today since I don't have work. I'm planning to do a Pink Firm later. I went and signed retirement papers for DH yesterday. He's on the 5 week countdown. No big weekend plans. We got 2 trees taken out of our backyard, and have more yard work to do.

Hi Chrys and Sherry and all other fellow firmies!

I was inspired by Sherry's wo earlier this week and I did CAWT today. I skipped a couple of sections (mostly the abs) since I wanted to make it a little shorter. Very fun workout! I think I'm going to feel it in my inner thighs tomorrow.

Chrys, I hope you are feeling better. Are you planning on retiring soon along with your hubs? I am getting to that age, but I want to work as long as possible.
We'll see how that goes!

Have a good weekend everyone!

I took an unplanned rest day today. Not sure if CAWT wiped me out or what? But I felt like I had zero energy today. I'm bummed that the weekend is over and it is time to go back to work.

I've picked out a bunch of shorter length Firms that I can do before work next week.

Here's my plan
Monday - skip probably or Body Sculpt Blaster
Tuesday - Cardio Sculpt Blaster
Wed - Jiggle Free arms
Thurs - Jiggle Free legs
Fri - Jessica Smith - Barefoot Fusion or Total Body Sculpt depending on how I feel

Have a good week!

Good morning, today was:
Fitprime Kickbutt~ Killer Weights

I may try and do a short treadmill walk later. I have to take Mocha to the vet this morning.

Liz- It is smart to modify workout to make them work for you. I do a lot of modifications these days, like sticking to low impact moves. Your upcoming week of workouts looks great!

Chrys- Hope you feel better soon

HI all,
I did Cardio Sculpt Blaster today. I do this one a lot cause I like Lisa Kaye and I like that it is 30 minutes. I definitely broke a sweat but didn't feel wiped out.
Sherry - glad to hear the vet went well!

Chrys - 5 years to retire? that will go by in a flash!
Liz
