I just went to Goodwill today and they had no VHS on the shelves, so they might just throw them out now. My local Salvation Army doesn't carry VHS either. People are moving away from dvd's, so I imagine it is really hard to sell VHS.

Goodwill sells VHS on eBay - apparently there is still a market - so even if you don't see them in the store they may still take them.

It's best to ask where you plan to take them, but our Goodwill has tons of vhs. So does Savers, not that you asked.

I had to recycle my VHS.

It's hard to get rid of dvds.

I used to be able to find lots of dvds at my local HPB stores, and now the selection is down to almost nothing. I wonder if people are hanging on to their DVDs or if they're worth so little than no one bothers to sell them anymore.
