I've been doing HDM for the past week, and I'm LOVING it. I purchased thighmatics I, and have been doing a few ab and arm workouts I found on youtube. I can already see a difference! My inner thighs are cinching back in, my stomach is suuuuper flat and the "v" on my lower abs is becoming further defined. I don't know if it's in my head, but I swear the skin on my thighs looks tighter. Thighmatics works my glutes nicely, too! They are definitely getting enough tlc, haha! My glutes look as good as they do with consistent ballet beautiful (which became my holy grail glute work several months ago). We'll see! I'll continue updating!

Awesome! I'm addicted to glutematics & I'm afraid to try thighmatics - but you think it hits the glutes too?

This may be a dumb question but do the Thighmatics workouts work the inner thighs and hamstrings well? Thanks!

Ditto on the heat being too much sometimes lately You can sure shorten the Beach Body rotation (doing a week instead of two of each combo), and the AIS rotations can be done for three weeks each, so you have enough material to play around and try

I know!! TM1 is a great workout - I know it by heart by now. I haven't done Ballet Beautiful much, but from what I remember I think both workouts could complement each other nicely

TM1 definitely hits the glutes. Although the whole point of the workout is to tighten the sides of your hips it really does something for your lower body in general. It's good for the thutt area, and I can personally tell you that it also improves the lower abs and muffin top. You can split TM1 and add those sequences to whatever other workout you're doing

This is another rotation that Hamelin posted a while back. This is also a good one to follow if you need general toning and cardio and want to try a matic workout in detox fashion - either the entire matic or the workout in halves

I just copied and pasted the rotation, the links might not work, but all workouts are available either in Hamelin's channel or in HDM clips:

That is so awesome, congrats and thanks for sharing I need to get consistent with Thighmatics for sure! Which of his ab workouts have you been doing?

Perfect. I did glutematics today, but tomorrow I'm going to do thighmatics. Thanks!

[QUOTE=LaCatrina;2552355]I did post an old rotation with thighmatics that you can try with any lower body "matic" - I think it's in this same thread. I want to do a detox with glutematics, and bodymatics is just so good - makes me sweat buckets

Thanks! I'll check it out! The more ideas I can get, the better

Yes, thighmatics works my glutes. I especially feel it in the upper hamstring/lower glute "thutt" area. I also feel it in my hips. One if the moves really works the inner thighs well. I don't feel it in my quads, though. It's kind of strange. I'm actually seeing definition in places i don't feel the work. Weird, huh? I've never had this happen before. It's difficult to explain. It's not insanely challenging, but the results are coming quickly.

In terms of which workouts you can do, I'd say consistency is the proverbial magic pill. I'd give it at least three months of consistent rotations. You could do the AIS I rotation for 4 weeks, then AIS II for another 4 weeks and then either the beach body or the method deep rotation - those are all free workouts.

If you want to focus on your lower body you could do any of the above plus half a lower body "matic" for at least six weeks. If you want to try some of the paid workouts you could get one of the later courses (that have cardio built in - 3, 4 or 5) and add your half matic afterwards.

I can post the old free rotations in a separate thread if you guys are interested
I really would like to rotate the matics. I like the idea of Bodymatics but don't feel very worked out from it.
