I'm really looking forward to these, myself. My workout schedule has gotten off-track due to travel, personal issues, etc and I'm always up for an hourlong workout. I agree with Usia-if anyone can pack a good workout into 30 minutes, it's Tracie Long! I'm not interested in the kickboxing or step workouts, but I can't wait for the lower body (Lift Higher) and yoga/pilates fusion workout (Reach Further). I'm most looking forward to tacking on Reach Further at the end of my day when I want some dynamic stretching after teaching or taking a dance class.

Bummer. Rehashed moves, rehashed music and the music in Kick Back doesn't feel as high energy as the moves she leading.

Yeah, price is a little high for 30 minute workouts but I am a huge believer in "you get what you pay for" and Tracie is top notch and worth every penny,imo
