rowers! everyone joined Team VF?

there is a team challenge coming up

from concept2:

Fall Team Challenge

The Fall Team Challenge (FTC) runs every year from September 15–October 15. Follow the directions below to participate!
The Details

Each team rows or skis as many meters as they can collectively between 12:00 a.m. September 15 and 11:59 p.m. October 15.
This is a team challenge. You must belong to a team to participate. This is not the same as your club affiliation in your profile.
Teams must consist of at least two (2) people.

Team members who have their own logbooks must indicate in their logbooks that they are actively participating in the current challenge.

What is Team VF? Is there a group somewhere?

I am going to start incorporating rowing into my routines. I have a rower that is similar to the Concept 2.

if ya go here:
http://www.concept2.com/

and follow the links to "logbook" and set one up
then click the "teams" tab ans search for Team VF

or set up your log book and I can add you manually


(no. you don't have to have a concept2 rower)

Nora-Thanks for the hugs! I was a little worried that I had torn or broken something. I won't be posting huge numbers. I am just going to try to get back into rowing. It has been a few years but I used to be able to row 5000m in 30 min.

hey!!!! starts tomorrow!!!

make sure you are signed up for the challenge through your concept2 log book

but check in here too


for this challenge I'm not aiming for a specific # of meters, instead I'm aiming for consistency

I intend to row for an hour 3 days a week
