Has anyone done Shaun T's "Dig Deeper?"
I just watched a bit of the video on BODi. He is jacked to the max! But, this needs a "Less Shaun" audio option.

Hi Alta, I completed it and LOVED it.He uses alot of different versions of exercises that I never did before. Its a really well put together program. I loved the SS Cardio too. Then I went back and added in his Transformer 20 and the difference in his physique is mind blowing.
