Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Friday!

I am up early to clean the house today.

Last night: Basic stretches
This morning: Oxycise

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

It just started raining. If it keeps up, I have things to do inside.

Good morning. I'm here before Diana. Lol
Yesterday I did Spacious Spine with Beth aka Toaster. My sweetie was working out across the room where he could see me. "Get your arms higher." "Straighten your arms." "Move your leg." What a pain he is!!

Lynn - I'm doing yoga with Beth on YouTube because she shows lots of modifications. I stopped doing yoga about 18 years ago when I tore up my knee and my spine was starting to go bad. It didn't do much for my SI joint either. I'm taking baby steps with it so it doesn't make my SI act up.

My sweetie is on his way home. He took me to my pre-op physical on Thursday. Then we did some shopping and got flu shots. He cleaned my gutters and did a few other things around the house to save me some money. His son texted me last night and sent new pics of him and his daughter. He put on some muscle since I gave him my Total Gym. I'm glad he's using it.

It didn't rain today, and I had a nice oceanview walk. Then did LBD day 5. Although I usually do the add-ons of warmup, cooldown, and stretch, the workout itself is only 8 minutes and that avoids excuses.

Cold and blustery wind. Ventured out only to roll the bins to the curb. Also low energy - was up late last night for no apparent reason.
Did LBD Day 8. Days 6 and 7 are rest days, as if that's needed.
