Linda, I hope things go more smoothly than it looks now. The instructor for LBD is Jaime Brenkus (of the old 8 minute workouts).
Today I walked by the ocean and did LBD day 2. It's a 2-week program. The toning, 2 body parts per day, takes 8 min. Warmup, cooldown, and stretch are additional.
I'll be recording the soprano chorus parts of Vivaldi's Gloria this month, due before Thanksgiving. I found recording to be very stressful, and I want easy workouts.
