My TV episode Dvds are in!!
I previewed the Daily Workout one tonight.
Denise Austin Daily Workout:
1. Fat Burning Cardio For Firm Legs (St.Thomas-Poolside, overlooking the Ocean).
Warm up- 3 min.
Cardio- 5 min.
Legs- 4 1/2 min.
Cool down- 4 1/2 min.
2. Interval Training For Your Abs & Waist (St. Thomas-Poolside, overlooking ocean).
Warm up- 2 min.
Cardio- 6:45 min. (need dumbbells)
Abs- 4:45 min.
Cool down- 3 1/2 min.
3. Interval Training For Abs, Arms, Waist (Turks & Caicos Island-on the beach overlooking Ocean).
Warm up- 2 min.
Cardio- 6:42 min. (need dumbbells)
Waistline- 4 1/2 min.
Stretch- 4 min.
4. Kickboxing To Tighten Your Buns (Turks & Caicos Island-on the beach overlooking the Ocean).
Warm up- 3 1/2 min.
Cardio- 5:18 min.
Buns- 5 min.
Stretch-4 min.
I was disappointed that each episode was not chaptered, and pressing the skip button doesn't work, other than returning you back to the beginning of the workout(warm up), your best bet for wanting to repeat the cardio, is to hit the menu button and return to the same episode or the next one, and fast forwarding through the warm up.
The scenery is beautiful and I love the simple but effective moves, guess I'll just have to repeat the shows if I need a longer workout.
