Denise Austin 10 Week-360 Plan

Denise Austin's 10 week-360 Plan is going live (or has gone live already?). You can choose to start any Monday you wish, and you get the first week free if you sign up this month. You will have to provide a credit card.
The program costs $110 if you pay all at once, $14/week if you pay as you go.

Here's the link: 10 week 360 plan

Are you doing her program, Ruth?
As much as I like Denise and admire her for her view on fitness & health (as well as her physique for her age!), her workouts never really stuck to me..

Does anyone know what is on the DVDs the go with this program? I'm not even sure why I'm considering this, as I'm happy with my current rotation, but I really do love Denise!

I must have missed it. I wonder if anyone on here has done/is doing the program.

I'm not doing this, but it looks pretty cool. 30 minute workouts and meal plans. I'm not willing to spring the $110 though

I haven't bought this program, but the thought of Denise's menus & recipes was very tempting. Some of my favorite recipes are from her books, especially Tone Your Tummy Type.
