Good Morning, Everyone! Happy Weekend!

Last night: Basic stretches
This morning: Oxycise

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.

I did LBD day 5 this morning. Then I suited up* & recorded the Vivaldi. The tech issues slowed me down, but I got help, and it's done.

Think I'll take tomorrow off.

not totally concert black, since the recording was above collarbone. Uniform jacket, but T-shirt instead of the dress; pearls; and then yoga pants and bedroom slippers.

Took the day off. Maybe I'll go back to barre. LBD was fine for something I could do while stressing out, but I finished the Vivaldi project ahead of time; deadline is Wednesday. And I don't have to cook on Thanksgiving! DD and I wlil pick up a nice dinner from her favorite restaurant.

That lower back/hip problem has been ongoing. Yesterday I walked a couple of times outside but nothing else--trying not to rest it a little. Today I did Jessica's 1-mile circuit with upper body weights. I'm stretching at night and hoping this will go away soon. I think I strained it or pinched a nerve or something.

Cynthia, I am hybrid cooking. I bought a turkey breast and a small ham and we will make apple pie and crescent rolls from scratch, but most of the other sides I bought at Publix (like mashed potatoes, which are a pain to make). I'll make stuffing but with the seasoned croutons, so it's easy. It's too much to cook the whole meal by yourself--not really a holiday, unless you find cooking for days and washing tons of dishes relaxing!

Back to the barre! Actually, I use the back of my couch, which is not against a wall. Started off briefly w/ Popsugar's Cardio Barre on youtube. 10 min. of fun.

It was too nasty, cold & cloudy, to walk today. I have some knitting to do. Hat for a friend, baby blanket for Christmas Eve, prayer shawl for the ready bin.
