I ask this question because I am content with what I have.
Now, that doesn't keep me from looking and listening to what's new and up coming.
Maybe it's my age and that over the last 25 years I've tried so many instructors, methods and brands. I feel like I've come full circle and have settled on what works and motivates me.

I'm ready to stop spending money on workouts. It has been such a vicious cycle for me, over several years time.
