October Challenge
Is anyone interested in doing an October challenge with me with some of my YouTube videos? I will be using my Planks Core and More, which are 10 to 12 minutes in length and work not only your core, but will work your upper body and legs. The other one I will be using is Squat Lunge Combo, which are 15 to 20 minutes. These videos are geared toward raising up your glutes. The best thing no equipment is needed. I will be alternating with the Planks one day and then the Squat one the next day. If you are interested comment here, and I will set it up in the check in section.
