I just did Basic #1. I've mentioned in other threads how much I appreciate simple choreography and this was easy to follow. I like the voiceover with visual cues. The music was loud and a little too dance/techno for my taste, so that made the visual cues even more appreciated.

While the choreography was "basic" I wouldn't say it's a beginner workout. The pace was brisk (136 bpm).

There were two cats who walked through a couple times

I haven't done one yet but the quality of the workout, the instruction, and the driving music are SO great and absolutely free. What a gem of a find! Glad you guys can use it!

Thumbs up

These seem doable for me. I sometimes like to do a step workout without the step (I have a bad knee and step is not recommended) because the choreography is different from regular walking workouts. I may give these a try!

I cannot do step, but I will try it on the floor. Thank you!
