OT: Any masks like Los Angeles Apparel?

My husband and son both like the LAA masks better than any I've purchased. They both like the fact that the band goes around the head rather than around the ears, and DH likes the wire. His nose is sort of flat and smooshy (LOL!) so the wire works for him. Poor DS got my nose, so the wires don't work for us. But he wears his glasses so low on his nose, it doesn't matter anyway.

One of the straps broke on one of the more recent masks I purchased. I can't sew it myself (no machine and the material is too thick) but I don't know if it would matter because the elastic is also unraveling.

Since they've been shut down (although I read they reopened with new employees and drew ire for that) I suppose I should be buying elsewhere. But I haven't seen anything like those masks anywhere else. They don't want ones that tie. DH can probably handle masks that go over the ears, but DS's jawbones didn't grow right, so he has a long face. The elastic tends to pull at his ears.

I'm at a loss as to know where to find masks for them. They only have a couple of other kinds, and I don't want to have to wash masks every single day.

I have bought three of these masks on Amazon (here)

They have straps around the ears though, and they don't have a metal strip on the nose, but they are cotton on the inside and polyester on the exterior. I've worn it for hours and it's comfortable. My recent order though has been delayed by two weeks, but I think that's more the USPS's fault than the manufacturer.

There isn't a wire for the nose.
I like the way they are curved under the eye because all the other ones I have tried that are straight across rub against my under eye area very close to the lash line.
They do have straps around the ears but there is also a strap connected to it so you can tie it behind your head for more support.

I don't know where they sell them, but I have seen ads for things you wear behind your head that hold the ear loops, so they don't pull on your ears. Like an extender for a bra. Hope that makes sense.

If I see them advertised again, I'll post the name and where you can see them.

We do have ear savers, but DH and DS simply like the elastics on the LAA masks.

I just ordered masks from Los Angeles Apparel four days ago and I received a shipping notice today. They still fulfill orders but it may take a bit longer to ship. The LA WEB site offers more choice of colors than Amazon.
