I was just about to say Cathe’s Stacked Upper Body. It’s a good one! No dread factor.

It is low-key and under 30 minutes. It's a good one to go heavy. Sometimes I make it into a pyramid-type workout. I like to do a bit of a longer warm-up than is in the video.

Karen is pleasant and has no annoying stupid jokes. That reduces any dread factor.

What is your current favorite Upper Body workout?
I was just thinking about this workout which I’ve had on my wish list for a while. Now that my surgeon has finally cleared me to do weight training again I may buy it.

That's one of my favorite high-rep workouts. No matter how light I go, the triceps work fries my triceps and they're sore for days!

I have that one and haven't tried it yet.

I like this one too, very thorough on the back exercises, which isn't always Cathe's strong suit.

According to my workout log, my favorite is a Cathe Live workout: Buff Upper Body.

Ramped Up Upper Body is my favorite Cathe upper for this reason. Back is my favorite muscle to work.

Margaret Richard’s Triple Threat. Love the scenery. It’s challenging, but has no dread factor. I like the relaxed pace of her workouts.
