I like her also but I've only been doing the Bunny Slope workouts that are free. She doesn't chatter so much which I didn't even realize how much it bugged me until I started doing her stuff. Lucy Wyndham Read drives me crazy.
Tina thanks for your vintage threads. It has gotten me to pull out some older ones. I did FIRM bust and butt yesterday thinking it was one of the tri trainers but it wasn't the one I thought and didn't realize til I was done. I did enjoy it.
so today I did V2 cardio or so I thought this morning and again was surprised at how much upper body there was. Friday I need to do something more lower body and have to figure out which FIRM to pull out. My upper body is pretty well burned out.
